How do I claim my Company Page?

All companies with jobs on ShoGoul have a Company Page. To claim and customize your ShoGoul Company Page, click on the “Business Owner?” link to get started. Claimed pages are marked as “Claimed Profile.” Once you claim your company page, you can customize your profile with a logo, company description, location, industry, links to your website and social profiles.

Can I edit content in the reviews or forum sections?

Reviews are open forums and cannot be edited or moderated by the employer. We only remove a review if requested by the review author or if the review clearly violates our Content Guidelines. We encourage companies to engage reviewers by posting a comment directly on the review. Asking current and former employees to leave reviews is also an effective way to build a positive employer brand on ShoGoul .
What jobs appear on my Company Page?

Your Company Page will show all of your jobs currently listed on ShoGoul that meet quality guidelines.

Featured Employer gives you an opportunity to receive the most prominent placement for your employer brand and jobs. With a Featured Employer ad unit, your company logo, description and Sponsored Jobs appear next to relevant search results. This placement means the most exposure for your jobs and helps attract more candidates.

What is included with Featured Employer status?

ShoGoul offers two Featured Employer options to help you hire. The first option includes the Featured Employer ad unit with your jobs, logo and company information, plus free Indeed Resume contacts. The second option includes the ad unit only, helping you to get noticed by top candidates with a smaller investment.

Search and view as many Indeed Resumes as you’d like for free, without worrying about subscriptions or up-front fees. It’s free to contact your first 100 candidates. After that, you’ll pay $1 per contact via ShoGoul Resume in the East and West.

You can create advanced search queries to target any combination of education, title, location, company, skills and experience. Narrow your search by filtering results according to those criteria, and you can sort by relevance or recency.

What are resume alerts?

With resume alerts, you can save an ShoGoul Resume search and receive an email when new results meet your search criteria. To receive resume alerts, conduct a search and click “Get new resumes for this search by email.” You can create unlimited resume alerts for free.

Can I save resumes to view later or share them with a colleague?

Yes, you can share, save and download resumes from each resume page at no additional cost. Saved resumes are clearly labeled in search results and can be viewed from your personal “Saved Resumes” page.

How do I view contact information for job seekers who have posted their resumes?

You can view a candidate’s contact information once they have replied to your initial message. We protect job seekers’ privacy until they are ready to engage with employers to provide the best experience for job seekers.

If you don’t have a career site, you can post jobs directly on ShoGoul and receive applications by email. Manage all candidates within your ShoGoul dashboard. Review applications, schedule interviews and view recommended candidates.
